The labor inspector conducts their analysis on the basis of Order of Rostrud dated August 31, 2011 No. 193 . What documents are used to document the results of workplace certification?

In accordance with the procedure regulating the implementation of automated work, Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 342n dated April 26, 2011 (Order - ed.), the results of the work performed are documented in the form of a package of documents, which is an actual confirmation of working conditions in the organization.

In accordance with paragraph 44 of the Order, the result is approved by the certification report and contains the following documents:

  • an order to conduct certification of workplaces based on working conditions at the enterprise;
  • schedule for certification work;
  • list of jobs;
  • workplace certification cards (Map - ed.);
  • summary statement of automated workplace results;
  • summary table of classes of working conditions;
  • action plan to improve and improve working conditions;
  • information about the certifying organization;
  • minutes of the meeting of the certification commission based on the results of the automated workplace on working conditions;
  • conclusion based on the results of the state examination of working conditions (if any);
  • instructions from officials regarding identified violations (if any), the final protocol of the meeting of the certification commission based on the results of certification;
  • order to complete the certification and approval of the report.

The documents are prepared by the certification commission, after which it sends them to the employer for review. He, in turn, must familiarize himself with them within 10 working days, familiarize, if he agrees with the report, workers with an automated workplace card, which contains information about working conditions at their workplaces, about the required compensations and benefits (if they are established in during the inspection). After this, the employer issues an order to complete certification in the organization and sends a summary statement of the results of the automated workplace and information about the certifying organization to the State Labor Inspectorate (GIT - ed.) within 10 calendar days from the date of issuance of the order.

Over the next five years from the date of completion of certification, a package of documents may be requested by government agencies to check working conditions, in the event of accidents or controversial situations with employees.
