Using a registered account, you can perform various actions with savings, submit applications or calculate benefits. Both insured persons and employers can use the offered functions by logging in through State Services. The Social Insurance Fund offers many advantages when interacting remotely:

  • access to the site is provided around the clock, so you can get the necessary data at any time;
  • the registration process is simplified by using a personal entry on the portal;
  • you can obtain information through the State Services in your FSS personal account about the electronic sick leave certificate;
  • It is allowed to change identification information if you have an electronic signature.

With the help of LC, the procedure for applying for sick leave and receiving temporary disability benefits is greatly simplified. Electronic document management saves citizens time and finances.

For the insured

There are several types of electronic accounts on the FSS website. The first is intended for employers, and the second is used by individuals represented by insured persons. The third option is used by ITU employees.

Typically, direct employees are interested in personal account services, who can draw up various statements, check transfers or carry out calculations. The LC offers the following options:

  • study of registered sick leave certificates, as well as their printing;
  • calculation of the approximate amount that a Russian citizen can receive on the basis of a certificate of incapacity for work;
  • studying the timing of consideration of an application to visit a sanatorium or develop a rehabilitation program;
  • submitting applications for technical aids or vouchers.

Attention! Since you can log into your personal account through State Services, you do not need to create an additional account.

For policyholders

Even organizations and individual entrepreneurs can create an account to resolve legal and economic issues. Here you can insure your employees, find out your outstanding contributions, write a letter to the Social Insurance Fund, make an application for any service, or receive various certificates as an insured.

You can register through State Services with the Social Insurance Fund as an employer using the following steps:

  • the link https://cabinets.fss.ru opens;
  • select a tab for the employer;
  • press the “Login” button;
  • the login and password used for the State Services portal are used, but this service is only possible for confirmed personal records;
  • the company form is chosen.

Attention! You will first have to register your company on the portal, and also receive confirmation, since such a service is not available with a standard personal account.

For ITU staff

Even ITU employees can use their personal account on the FSSP website. To do this, during authorization, select the “ITU Account” tab. Enter the same information that is used to gain access to the portal.

If you manage to log into your personal account, the main page will display the ENL of citizens who have received a referral to the ITU organization. Additionally, you can change the settings or examine the sick leave log.

Power of attorney to the FSS

A power of attorney to the Social Security Fund (social insurance fund) is one of the subtypes of powers of attorney to represent the interests of an organization. This power of attorney is issued on behalf of the head of the organization, or another authorized person, and is certified by the seal of the organization.

Depending on the status of the principal, the form of power of attorney for the tax authorities can be simple written or notarized. If used by an organization, it is sufficient to certify the power of attorney with the signature of the head and the seal of the organization.

Registration through State Services

You can register a person on the FSS website or use an account on the portal. In the second case, no additional registration is required, since personal data recorded on the State class=”aligncenter” width=”504″ height=”815″[/img]

On the main page of the portal, the desired fund is selected, after which the section “FSS Personal Account for Individuals” is used. You do not need to enter your full name as a login, since it is enough to indicate your SNILS or phone number. The password is created by the direct user.

Employee registration

Managers of companies and individual entrepreneurs must register each employee separately while conducting business. For this purpose, a copy of the employment contract and the specialist’s passport is provided. The procedure can be performed in a personal account, which requires scans of documents and digital signatures.

The registration process is completed within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Attention! It is possible to send documents by mail, but they must first be certified by a notary.

For an authorized representative

In order to draw up a power of attorney for the social insurance fund, you must:

— Indicate the name of the document, date and place of signing (A4 sheet is used).

— We indicate the details of the principal - an individual (full name, passport details, date of issue, place of registration) or a legal entity (full name of the general director, tax identification number, checkpoint, actual and legal address of the organization). All data is filled in based on the original documents.

— We register the name and passport details of the authorized person. The authorized person can be an employee of the organization or a courier who will transfer documents to the Social Insurance Fund.

— The power of attorney form contains a list of what actions an authorized representative in the fund can carry out.

— This law does not establish prohibitions on the validity period of a power of attorney, so you can set any validity period for a power of attorney - from 1 day to several years.

— It is acceptable not to indicate the expiration date of the contract, but in this case the validity will last 1 year from the date of signing.

— The presence of signatures of both parties to the power of attorney, both the principal and the authorized representative.

The signature of an authorized representative can be confirmed by the head of the enterprise on whose behalf the power of attorney is issued, as well as by an employee of the Social Insurance Fund or a notary (if the principal is an individual).

Login to your account through State Services

By logging into the FSS website through State Services, access to various services is provided. To do this, the portal goes to the institution’s website. The same personal data is used that is used to log into your account.

If you not only need to make a reconciliation or find out information on contributions, but also send any request, you will have to obtain an electronic signature. Exit from your account is carried out using the “Exit” button. It is located at the top of the page in the right corner.

For reimbursement of expenses

The first thing you need to apply to a government agency is an application for reimbursement of FSS expenses. The sample will help you format it correctly. It must contain the name of the company, INN, KPP, registration number in the Social Insurance Fund, and the address of the organization.

Do not forget to attach all documents confirming the validity of the payments made. Check that they contain all the necessary details.

If everything is completed correctly, the Fund will satisfy your application and transfer you the required amount.

Drawing up a power of attorney for the Social Insurance Fund is required in cases where the principal, for some reason, cannot be present at this institution in person. A power of attorney allows you to resolve almost any issue, provided that it is properly executed.

In large organizations, the use of powers of attorney is widespread, because the manager cannot be present everywhere at once; in small companies, powers of attorney are not so common, but they are also “in use.”

Viewing personal information

Most often, the personal account on the FSS website is used to study information about insurance payments. To do this, click the button in the upper corner, after which a page containing data opens:

  • Full name of the insured person;
  • his gender, passport details and SNILS number;
  • Contact Information;
  • information about assigned benefits or assigned disability group.

Attention! The data can only be viewed, and its editing is carried out on the basis of official documents and digital signatures.

For representation of interests

If an organization wishes to delegate powers to an authorized person to represent the interests of the company in the Social Insurance Fund, a power of attorney is required to represent interests in the Social Insurance Fund. This document is also required if the organization assigns responsibility to a third party in carrying out other processes, for example, submitting reports, paying insurance premiums, transferring or receiving various documentation, etc.

View information about sick leave

On the website of the social insurance fund you can study data on the certificate of incapacity for work. These include:

  • date of issue;
  • individual number;
  • changes in disability code;
  • assigned disability group;
  • name of the medical institution that issued the document;
  • information about violation of hospital regulations;
  • date of registration;
  • medical exemption from work;
  • referral to ITU.

What powers can a power of attorney confer?

In the case of the Social Insurance Fund, the list of functions that a representative of the principal can perform is quite wide. This includes submitting reports, transferring or receiving various types of documents: certificates, requests, applications, reconciling payment orders, paying insurance premiums, etc.

In other words, if desired, the principal can issue a general power of attorney to his representative, which practically does not limit the person for whom it is drawn up. If the author of the power of attorney wants to grant the representative only part of the powers, then it makes sense for him to write:

  • or a one-time power of attorney (for a specific matter),
  • or special (with a clear validity period).

Login to your personal account

To log in to your personal section, you must first select which user you are logging in as. The FSS portal (fss.ru) offers a choice between the recipient of services and the policyholder.

To enter the personal account of the recipient of services (individual), you need to follow the instructions:

  1. Go to the general page for authorization using the link: https://lk.fss.ru/.
  2. Select the appropriate section and click “Login”.
  3. You are taken to a page where you need to log in through State Services.
  4. Log in to your account on this portal, and then go to the personal section of the FSS.

Important: since there is no other way to access the personal account on the official website of the FSS, the user must register on the government services portal. Having a full and verified account on it provides access to a variety of government resources, so it's best to register on it early.

To enter the policyholder’s account on the FSS portal, you also need to go to the page and then log in. The exception here is that the policyholder must have a confirmed account on the unified identification and authentication system, since otherwise access will not be provided.

After the login and password are filled in on the Unified Identification and Automation System, the system automatically suggests which user to enter the personal section as: an individual or an organization offering insurance services. Naturally, it must be added to the ESIA, as well as confirmed.

Rules for drawing up a document

There is no unified power of attorney form in the Social Insurance Fund, so enterprises and organizations can write it in any form or use an internal template registered in the company’s accounting policies. To ensure that the power of attorney does not raise doubts among the receiving party, the form must contain a number of necessary information:

  • information about the principal company: its full name, position and full name of the director, as well as personal information about the representative (full name and passport details),
  • the structure for presentation into which the document is developed is named,
  • a detailed list of functions that the principal’s representative has the right to perform on the basis of this document is listed.
