I. General provisions
- A person with secondary vocational education or vocational training is appointed to the position of a universal hairdresser, without presenting any work experience requirements.
- Appointment to the position of a general-purpose hairdresser and dismissal from it are made by order of the director of the organization.

II. Job responsibilities
Universal hairdresser:
- Conducts a visual inspection, assesses the condition of the surface of the client’s skin and hair, determines the type and structure of hair
- Determines and coordinates with the client the choice of a range of services.
- Selects professional hair washing products taking into account the condition of the client’s skin and hair surface
- Performs head washing and massage in various ways
- Performs preventive hair care procedures (including hair lamination)
- Selects professional tools and materials
- Performs classic models of men's, women's, children's haircuts on short, medium, long hair
- Performs hair styling using various tools and methods
- Performs classic perm and chemical hair straightening
- Performs hair coloring with dyes of various groups
- Performs hair lightening, bleaching, toning, single-color hair coloring, hair highlighting, tone neutralization
- Consults the client on the selection of professional hair care products at home, on hair styling at home, on the care and restoration of hair after perm
- Performs hairstyles with modeling elements
- Weaving afro braids and French braids
- Performs edging and trimming of mustaches, beards, sideburns
- Performs curling, straightening and shaving of mustaches, beards, sideburns
- Disinfects and sterilizes instruments and consumables
- Performs sanitary, hygienic, bactericidal treatment of the workplace
III. Rights
A universal hairdresser has the right:
- Request and receive the necessary information, as well as materials and documents related to the activities of a universal hairdresser.
- Improve your qualifications, undergo retraining (retraining)
- Take part in the discussion of issues included in his functional responsibilities.
- Make suggestions and comments on how to improve activities in the assigned area of work.
- Require the management of the organization to provide assistance, including ensuring organizational and technical conditions and execution of the established documents necessary for the performance of official duties.

IV. Responsibility
The universal hairdresser is responsible for:
- For improper performance or failure to fulfill one’s job duties as provided for in this job description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation.
- For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Russian Federation.
- For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Responsibilities
2.1. Hairdresser before starting the working day:
— undergoes periodic medical examinations;
— undergoes training on labor protection;
- takes over the workplace;
— prepares equipment, tools, devices for work;
2.2. While working, the hairdresser:
— complies with the requirements of personal hygiene and industrial sanitation;
— complies with the rules of service and professional ethics;
- immediately notifies the immediate supervisor of all deficiencies discovered during work;
— provides first aid to victims of injury and sudden illness;
— carries out disinfection, cleaning and inspection of instruments;
2.3. During the working day, the hairdresser:
- determines the appearance, structure, condition of hair and skin by external signs;
- washes and massages the head;
— performs hair cutting (simple and model);
— performs hair styling in accordance with the direction of modern fashion and the individual characteristics of the face of the customer of hairdressing services;
— Perms hair using curlers, curling irons and electrically (permanent);
— Perms and dyes hair in various ways with face correction;
— makes a biological test for sensitivity during perm and hair coloring;
— determines the quality of special preparations and materials;
— Performs hair bleaching, blondening, and highlighting;
- styling with a hairdryer or using curlers, coating hair with varnish;
— develops hairstyle models and participates in demonstrating them at competitions;
- trims beards and mustaches;
— shaves taking into account the properties of the skin;
— performs facial skin treatment after shaving;
— applies compresses and performs facial massage;
— performs work with hairpieces and wigs;
— designs hairstyles in accordance with fashion trends and individual characteristics of the client using modern perfumery and cosmetics for styling, fixing, etc.;
- uses decorative elements (objects) when designing a hairstyle: flowers, bows, hairpins, etc.;
— carries out combing and styling of garments;
— uses special preparations, solutions, and other materials in accordance with their intended purpose and rules of use;
- Performs other related duties;
2.4. Hairdresser at the end of the working day:
- cleans the workplace;
— rents out a workplace;
3. Responsibility
3.1. The hairdresser is subject to disciplinary liability in accordance with Article 192 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation for:
— poor quality and untimely performance of work and duties listed in these instructions;
—- ignorance of the documents and materials listed in these instructions;
- offenses that became the basis for the imposition of fines and other administrative penalties on the Glamor salon;
3.2. The hairdresser bears financial responsibility for ensuring the safety of the inventory items entrusted to him.
3.3. For committing offenses in the course of his activities, depending on their nature and consequences, a hairdresser bears civil, administrative and criminal liability in the manner prescribed by law.
