How to reduce the state duty?

The application must be filled out in capital letters using Courier New font, 18 points high. If you fill out the application form manually, use black ink in capital block letters.

Should I keep the receipt for payment of the state duty?
A receipt or a copy of the payment order for payment of the duty should be kept until registration
for three reasons:
- Although the receipt is not a mandatory document for registering an individual entrepreneur, the tax office often requires it to be provided. If you do not have a receipt, but the fee has been paid, you can challenge the inspection requirement, but this will take time. Therefore, in order to avoid disputes with inspectors, it is better to provide the receipt along with other documents
- If you paid the fee, but the inspection refused to register you, within three months you have the right to correct the shortcomings and apply for registration again without paying a state fee. The receipt will be useful to prove the fact of payment during the previous registration attempt

Choosing a tax system
