What is the document for?

This document is needed for deregistration at the place of previous residence due to relocation. If the act of departure has been lost, the citizen must contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the new place of residence with a written application and detail all the circumstances.

The absence of a departure certificate is not an obstacle to filing an application for a new place of residence.

Russians are also deregistered:

• at the hotel;
• in the clinic;
• at a tourist base;
• in any place not intended for long-term residence.

If your stay was short, you do not need to declare deregistration. This only needs to be done if the citizen wants to leave earlier than planned.

Procedure for marking departure:

1. Contact a department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
2. Fill out form 7.

General description and features

Shipments of this class are always carried out on a commercial basis. This is an additional mail service provided specifically for those cases when you need to send a package urgently or expeditiously. That is, this is an independent type of internal expedited mail.

What may they include:

• letters of class 1 – simple, registered, having a declared value;
• Class 1 parcels – registered or with declared value.

Most often, letters, documents, and various goods permitted for internal shipment within Russia are sent in this way. In the postal code of rules, there are established norms and parameters for letters and parcels (weight and dimensions are specified at the post office when sending).

Since such 1st class items do not fit into a regular envelope, special packaging is provided for them. A logo must be pasted onto it - that same address label.

How to fill out a document correctly

Address label f. 7-a is the same mailing label, but with a yellow stripe. It can be glued to any packaging material, the main thing is to fill it out correctly. This can be done on a computer, after which you can print the finished form and stick it on the parcel. Or print out a blank form and fill it out by hand.

You need to indicate:

• type of shipment - parcel post, letter, registered, with notification, etc.;
• declared value, if required;
• weight of the letter or parcel;
• sender details;
• recipient data, including postal code and exact address.

1st class items can be sent with cash on delivery and an inventory - this is individual and only at the request of the consumer. A fully completed label must be signed.

What to do if you lose a leaf

If a Russian has lost his departure certificate, Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of October 23, 1995 No. 393 (Extracts) applies to him.

The procedure for restoring a sheet:

1. Contact your department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a statement.
2. Fill out a new form in two copies.
3. Submit a new sheet, be sure to clarify that it needs to be restored if lost.

Who and why is taking form 7-injury in 2021

Using form 7-injuries, the state statistics service collects information on how many injuries and diseases occurred in Russian industries in 2021.

Legal entities of any form of ownership and types of activity are required to report on this form. But there are a number of companies that may not transmit information about employee injuries and illnesses to the statistics service. The following are excluded:

• micro-enterprises - less than 15 employees and 120 million in revenue;
• banks and insurance companies;
• organizations in the field of government or national defense;
• educational organizations;
• households;
• international companies and representatives of companies from other countries located in the Russian Federation.

Documents for inquiries

Where to get statements on Form 7 or 9 is now clear. What documents will the applicant have to prepare? Usually a passport is enough. Homeowners can also prepare a certificate of title to the property.

If a citizen sends his representative, the latter will have to present:

• a copy of the customer's passport;
• your personal ID;
• officially executed power of attorney.

Nothing more is required. The absence of the listed documents is grounds for refusal of service.

In the absence of this document, the migration service has no right to refuse registration. The corresponding notes are made in the passport, one about departure, the second about arrival, respectively. Getting help

You can receive this document at the place of departure, and if it is lost, at the new registration address, after completing the appropriate procedure (written application, requests with confirmation at the former place of registration).
